Excavator Buckets

  Excavator buckets are made of solid steel and general present teeth protruding from the cutting edge, to disrupt hard material and avoid wear-and tear of the bucket.Subsets of the excavator bucket are: the ditching bucket, trenching bucket, a ditching bucket is a wider bucket with no teeth,used for excavating larger excavations and grading stone. a treching excavator bucket is wide and with protruding teeth.

  An excavator bucket is composed of bucket pin,bucket bush,tooth base board,side blade plate,ear plate,bucket teeth,bucket adaptor ect.

  there are many types of excavator bukets: standard bucket,heavy duty bucket, rock bucket,clamshell bucket,tilting bucket,scraper bucket and so on. The mostly common used are standard bucket,rock bucket and heavy duty bucket.The standard bucket is suitable for digging clay,loading sand,soil,gravel and working under other light work environment. Excavator rock bucket is used for loading tough rock and ore from the explosion, while heavy duty bucket can dig the tough mud,clay with soft stone or load soft stone.
